The food was great and the service was better! Such a nice setting and environment. I ordered lemon Tabasco fried chicken over mashed potatoes and broccoli!!

This is a 10/5 stars! The atmosphere has great vibes! ALL the staff were polite, friendly and welcoming! Even management checked on us several times. The food, chefs kiss! EVERYTHING we ordered was AMAZING! Great flavor, great quality! Definately a restaurant that is family friendly and great for ALL!!

Hubby and I went here to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It's been quite a few years since our last visit. We shared and enjoyed immensely the Lemon Tabasco Chicken, mashed potatoes, broccoli and a fresh/crisp side salad. They even split the dish for us. Decent portions and reasonably priced. I can't forget a couple of adult beverages on happy hour. Very clean, friendly staff. Will definitely have to come back a little more often. Happy hour is 3-6 M-Saturday and all day on Sunday.

Downtown CO Springs is not what I'd expect for a typical DT, but for a smaller city, they've got a few gems. Phantom Canyon definitely fits well into the scene. It's spacious with a good selection of quality dishes and great beer. For a Thursday night, they were quick and the bar staff was very attentive. I really enjoyed the beer selection, was not disappointed on any of my drinks. The Buffalo Burger was pretty good, temperature was spot on (med. rare). I was expecting more flavor from the buffalo meat, but it seemed very much like a normal burger. Not disappointed but didn't stand out The vibes were pretty chill and they have pool tables upstairs too. Definitely worth checking out!

My son and I came to Phantom Canyon for lunch after a very busy day of moving him into his new place in town. We'd had a very light brekke and were super hungry. Phantom Canyon is sooooo good! We way over ordered, but everything we ordered was so good! We had a couple beers, shared the pretzel and cheese (which I really wanted being that it was October and I was totally craving an Oktoberfest - this was as close to that as I was going to get this year), I had the fish tacos and he had a pulled pork sandwich. Service was excellent. It was the middle of the day so super quiet and chill but I'm sure this place is more of a scene at a different time of day. I've asked my son several times if he's been back which is how much I liked the food and drinks. We'll definitely have to stop back in when I'm in town. Highly recommend if a cold beer and food that hits the spot is something you're into.

Stopped in early on a Friday night before a concert at the Pikes Peak Center. They were pretty busy, and it was apparent we weren't the only ones who planned our concert night with the same thought in mind. We were quickly seated and greeted. They've got a nice beer menu, and we tasted three different ones. My wife got one of the house ambers that was still $2 off on happy hour for a few minutes, and I had a brown ale. I later switched to a different amber but probably should've stayed with the brown. We started with the hummus appetizer, which was very good. Lots of flavorful hummus and pita. Roasted red pepper was good too, while the carrots and especially celery weren't worth the effort. I went with the pork chop dish, which interestingly, seems to change a lot over time, given the different pics on Yelp through the years. As it turned out, this one was a bit of a disappointment. While it was a large, juicy cut of meat, it had very little flavor. Even rolled around in the sauce on the plate didn't help a lot. The fingerling potatoes and olives didn't add much to the dish either. My wife ordered the patty melt, subbing a veggie patty for the beef. She actually sent it back at first since the patty looked so real. Turned out it was the beets that made her patty look rare. I think she liked it, but she mentioned it was kind of weird. Sweet potato fries seemed good too. Service was prompt, friendly, and on point the entire meal. We wouldn't hesitate to return the next time we're downtown.
